Disability Consulting has two offices-30 miles east of Nashville in Lebanon, TN, and 30 miles west of Nashville in Dickson, TN. You’ll find the address for both offices below. Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 9:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M. CST. Our offices are closed on Fridays. Please note that we are also closed on weekends and for all official federal holidays.
